Capers can also be used as a substitute for salt. They are particularly good in sauces to complement pasta, salads, meat or fish. Indispensable in caponata, but also good in gazpacho, couscous, pesto, focaccia and pizza.

Capers are one of the most typical aromatic plants, with their aroma and taste they immediately give every dish a touch of the sea, the Mediterranean.
